Regarding the Champagne Mumm Demi sec

Maison MUMM offers the perfect champagne in accompaniment of desserts and sweet dishes. Champagne Mumm Demi-Sec is not a Cordon Rouge to which have been added a sweeter liquor, but a real wine itself, as Didier Mariotti wished, the Cellar Master.

It is elaborated from Pinot Meunier (60%), completed by 30% of Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. This fruity blend contains 40 gr/l of sugar, and confer to this cuvée a great balance, roundness and generosity, while offering a fresh character.
The nose unveils peach and jam pear aromas. The palate is round, soft and sweet with a touch of honey.

Mumm Demi-Sec is a mellow, unctuous, rich, subtle and elegant champagne.
In addition to the desserts, it will perfectly accompany a foie gras with figs or a blue cheese.
