Symbol of the greatest celebrations, champagne Cordon Rouge from Maison MUMM is worldwide renowed. This is the hallmark of Maison Mumm ! It perpetuates an emblematic style based on the balance between intensity and freshness.
This champagne is composed of 77 crus, and elaborated from 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. An addition of 25 to 30% of reserve wine complete the blend, bringing a great depth to this cuvée.
The nose unveils ripe and tropical fruits aromas (litchi and pineapple), vanilla and honey. The palate offers fresh fruit aromas and fudge, followed by a strong persistence.
Perfect for the aperitif, Cordon Rouge is delicious when served with fish, white meat or smoked meat.
This rare Salmanazar of champagne MUMM is very appreciated to celebrate sport events. Great moments..... great bottle! For a birthday or a wedding, there's always a big champagne bottle, and it will represent a great souvenir following the party. It's sent always in its wooden shipping case.
