A Blanc de Noirs Extra-Brut has fine, persistent bubbles. The 2020 Terre d'illite cuvée from Maison Moussé Fils is a champagne composed of 80% Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, with very little dosage (2.5 g/L). The name of this cuvée is inspired by the soil in which the grapes for this champagne grow.

Champagne Moussé Fils
Maison Moussé Fils is a family business founded in 1923, and located in the Marne Valley. The main characteritic of the House is to elaborate its champagne with mainly Meunier grape variety. That’s the signature of Maison Moussé Fils.
The vineyard is naturally managed, in respect of the environment: horse ploughing, wooddiseases treatment with perfusions of essential oils (no chemicals), use plants to protect other plants, water sourced from natural springs. Thus, the terroir is able to express its authenticity and typicity.
