Regarding the Champagne Moet Et Chandon Grand Vintage 2013
Moët et Chandon's 2013 Grand Vintage Champagne is energetic, chiseled and autumnal.
This 2013 vintage is composed of 41% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir and 21% Pinot Meunier, with an extra-brut dosage.
Each Grand Vintage is original and unique, a free and personal interpretation by the Cellar Master, to reveal the exceptional character of singular years. Grand Vintage 2013 is the perfect embodiment of the spirit of Grand Vintages by Moët & Chandon. A spirit based on three essential values: freedom of interpretation, selection of the most remarkable wines of the year, individuality of the vintage for champagnes that stand out for their maturity, complexity and charisma.
After 7 years in the cellar, the nose reveals aromas of chestnuts, honey and nougatine. On the palate, the champagne offers us an energetic balance, supported by a delicate acidity. The texture unfolds silky and fluid to end on a tangy and iodized finish. Simply superb!
You can pair it with seafood or meat.
2013: a beautifully matured champagne in a superb box.
