Champagne Exception Blanche 2012 Grand Cru from Maison MAILLY GRAND CRU is exclusively elaborated from Chardonnay. 2012 is a generous and exceptional vintage.
The bubbles are fine and abundant. The nose unveils aromas of white peach, candied citrus and ginger. The lively and mature palate is of a great delicacy. The minerality is highlighted by chalky notes and is balanced between roundness and power, with subtle almonds and bergamot notes.
This blanc de blancs champagne is powerful and stylish both. It absolutely delicious for the aperitif as well as with oysters, caviar, roasted langoustines or a white butter turbot. Each bottle of Exception Blanche is numbered and produced in limited quantity.
