Concernant le Champagne Louis Roederer Carte Blanche Demi-Sec
Cuvée Carte Blanche demi-sec from Maison ROEDERER is the result of 8 years of harvest, elaborated from a blend composed of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, 5% of the wine being vinified in oak barrels. This cuvée spent 3 years in cellar.
Carte Blanche from Maison Roederer unveils a beautiful golden color with shiny effets, and develops a nice effervescence.
This demi-sec cuvée expresses riped and sugared fruits of the famous Tatin Tart, with intense floral notes and a hint of honey, frangipane and hazelnuts. A sugar dosage of 45g/l brings a rich, creamy and voluminous texture but retains its vitality and power.
The freshness of the wine supports the volume, resulting in a well-balanced cuvée of a great persistence. The final is impressively precise, minerality and acidity woven together with elegance and freshness.
Carte Blanche demi-sec is just sublime with desserts. It's sold here in its elegant gift box.
