The story of Champagne Brut Nature 2015 from Louis Roederer started with an encounter : an historical terroir and a grandiose year, a champagne House listening to nature with a great creator and a free man: Philippe Starck. This is the fourth opus of this collaboration, and this is the best one for the House's Cellar Master.

Ten hectares belonging to the house, with two parcels on the "lieux dits" of Les Chèvres and Les Chèvres Pierreuses on the terroir of Cumières are harvested very ripe to give birth to this cuvée.

Still with no added dosage, Louis Roederer's 2015 Brut Nature is a crystalline champagne, purified and juicy. It is elaborated from 55% of Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. There is no malolactic fermentation to preserve the aromas.

This 2015 Brut Nature Champagne is a champagne full of contrasts and texture with a delicate effervescence, combining the intense, saline freshness of its terroir with the maturity of the vintage.
