This Extra Brut Premier Cru Rosé champagne from Maison Lombard is part of the Signature range. Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay from the villages of Grauves et Vertus, 40% Pinot noir from Sermier and Cumières, all associated with 10% of a Grand Cru red wine from Verzenay.

It is a champagne with a lot of substance, a great aromatic balance. On the nose, it is discreet, on red fruits. On the palate, this Rosé champagne is elegant and subtle with gourmet small red berries, cherry pie and sweet spices. It is well balanced, with red fruits and citrus blending elegantly with acidity and a crunchy aftertaste.
