Regarding the Champagne Leclerc Briant 150th anniversary
The Maison Leclerc Briant is one of the precursors of organic farming in the 1960s and biodynamic farming in the 1980s.
As its name indicates, the cuvée celebrates the 150th anniversary of the House Leclerc Briant. It is composed of 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Chardonnay, blended with 10% Chèvres Pierreuses from 2010, 2009 and 2008.
This Brut Nature champagne (dosed at 2g/l) offers us a creamy, smooth and nuanced nose with aromas of orange blossom, ginger and honey. On the palate, the champagne develops a fruity, pulpy, and coated matter, supported by a beautiful acidity. This harmonious and nuanced bubble, stretches for a long time during an intense and lemony final.
This champagne will divinely accompany a Quasi de veau aux cèpes, a duck parmentier or a chocolate Ganache as a dessert.
Certified AB, only 3000 bottles of the 150th anniversary of the House of Leclerc Briant have been produced and each one is numbered.
