Regarding the Champagne Lanson Clos Lanson 2006
Vinified separately, wines from the Clos Lanson have unique and rare characteristics that have always attracted the house’s Cellar Masters. In 2006, it was decided to offer to the amateurs the eponymous Cuvée from this promising vintage.
Le Clos Lanson is a vintage champagne whose juice is exclusively elaborated from the first pressing and matured in wood for several months in oak barrels of the Argonne Forest according to the wishes of Victor Lanson. After a long aging period in cellars, the result is a precious wine, flourished, rich and full of finesse.
Finely woody aromas reflect a wide register where ripe fruits blend with buttery, vanilla, pastry, hazelnut, punctuated with a smoky touch.
Clos Lanson 2007 has all the attributes of a great Chardonnay. Please note that there are only 7994 numbered bottles, presented in their beautiful wooden box.
A great Chardonnay aimed for lovers Grands Crus !
