Regarding the Champagne Lallier Ro19 Brut
Cuvée R019 Brut from Maison LALLIER captures the terroir and interprets it each year in a renewed expression, always with its signature: depth, freshness, purity and intensity.
A blend of more than 50 crus from the Montagne de Reims, the Marne Valley, the Côte des Blancs and the Côte des Bar, the Cuvée is made from 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir. 88% of the champagne comes from the 2019 vintage and 12% from reserve wines (2018 and 2012).
The nose reveals aromas of citrus, and white fruit enhanced by spicy notes. In the mouth, the attack is intense and frank. The finish is long with a beautiful aromatic persistence.
The Cuvée R019 of the House Lallier can be tasted throughout a meal, with foie gras, roasted chicken, and for dessert with a mirabelle plum pie.
