Champagne Ouvrage from Maison LALLIER is elaborated using 2/3 of wine of the year, and 1/3 of reserved wines (30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir). Following 5 years of aging in the cellar, Ouvrage is elegant, complex, fresh with a long finish, and reflects the historical terroirs of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Grands Crus.
Characterized by a great balance, Ouvrage has a very low dosage. It is preferable to serve this champagne in a large glass and between 8 and 10°C. This great cuvée gives gradually the best of it as minutes passes.
Perfect for the aperitif, it also pairs brilliantly with seafood and fishes. OUVRAGE is aimed to every moment, and brings authenticity and splendor to your celebration.
