Concernant le Champagne Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale Brut 2012
Cuvée Royale Brut Vintage 2012 from Maison JOSEPH PERRIER is sourced from Premiers and Grands Crus, the blend being composed of 54% Pinot Noir and 46% Chardonnay.
This champagne has been raised in cellars for 6 years before being available on your table. The name « Cuvée Royale » comes from the fact that Maison JOSEPH PERRIER was the official supplier to the Crown of England for the Queen Victoria and King Eduard VII.
With a very low dosage (3gr/l), this champagne recalls the smell of home-baking. Once aired, spicy and peppery fragrances are revealed. The palate is complex yet balanced with hints of camomille, dried apricots and dates. It offers a delicate, mineral and refined length.
