Regarding the Champagne Jean-noel Haton Rosé Extra Grand Cru
Champagne Rosé Extra Grand Cru from Maison Jean-Noël HATON is elaborated from a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, 5 to 7% of which being vinified in wood barrel.
The nose is powerful and elegant, with fragrances of old rose, red fruit (raspberry and redcurrant) and citrus fruits (mandarin).
The palate is precise, with a fine Pinot Noir-grained texture balanced by a silky freshness.
Following 6 years of aging, this subtle and gourmet champagne is wonderful as an aperitif or to accompany a dessert of red fruit soup or raspberry macaroons.

The Jean-Noël Haton Champagne House was founded in 1928. This family-run business in Damery is successfully independent and owns its vines in the Champagne region’s highest-rated “crus”.
Jean-Noël Haton and his son Sébastien make Champagne according to traditional and meticulous methods such as respecting the soil, controlling yields, seeking optimal maturity and vinifying plots separately, their sole aim being the quest for excellence.
