Regarding the Champagne Jacquart Cuvée Alpha Rosé 2015
Maison Jacquart unveils its prestige cuvée, Cuvée Alpha Rosé 2015, an exceptional cuvée composed only of Premiers and Grands Crus with 44% Chardonnay and 56% Pinot Noir.
After an aging of 7 years in the cellar, and with a dosage of 7gr/liter, this cuvée symbolizes in a noble and audacious way, the flagship of the House Jacquart.
The nose, very fruity, with notes of ripe grapes and blackcurrant, evolves, after aeration, towards cinnamon and anise. On the palate, this fruitiness is found on orange and lemon curd and after aeration reveals aromas of candied fruits and rose petals. The finish is both creamy and of great finesse.
It is a great champagne in a unique and refined bottle design that will be a perfect accompaniment to raw fish, tartar or even desserts with red fruits.

Founded in 1964 in Reims, the Maison Jacquart is a mosaic of wines, talents and terroirs, resulting from the union of winemakers who make available the diversity of their vineyards. The brand embodies an optimistic and joyful vision of life.
The highlighting of Chardonnay in the blends and the prolonged aging of the wines reveal a contemporary style with a straightforward, airy, fine and very fresh character.
Champagne Jacquart selects a mosaic of 60 crus spread over more than 300 hectares. The choice of these parcels and wines is guided by a knowledge of the terroirs adapted to the style. These are as many aromatic nuances and textures that contribute to the richness of the Jacquart's wines.
