Villers-Marméry Blanc de Blancs 2016 Champagne from Maison JACQUART is an elegant, fresh, and fragrant champagne. This 100% Chardonnay comes from 100% of Villers-Marmery 1er Cru from the 2016 harvest.
After 5 years of rest on the lees and at least 6 months after disgorgement, we discover a champagne with a seductive nose by its tonic freshness. It reveals aromas of citron, peach, greengage and fresh rose. In the mouth, we find this aromatic freshness with notes of citrus fruits, verbena and spring flowers. The finish also evokes it.
This blanc de blancs champagne will divinely pair with a salmon with asparagus, spring rolls, gambas.
