Regarding the Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Brut Balthazar
"Mosaic", for the five mosaics that illustrate the different stages of champagne production, and that adorn the Maison Jacquart. Listed as historical monuments, these five mosaics, masterpieces of Jacquart's heritage, have given their name to this memorable champagne.
The Cuvée Mosaïque Brut is emblematic of the House of Jacquart for its freshness, its power and its balance in the mouth. It is the unmistakable sign of the House's style.
These wines come from the Grands Crus of Trépail, Aÿ and Bouzy. It is composed of 40% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, 27% Meunier of which 25% to 35% are reserve wines. A mosaic of crus, terroirs, grape varieties and years. A superb result!
This champagne offers a golden color with a great brightness, a fresh attack, a supple mouth and a fruity and persistent finish. When aired, it offers clear notes of bread, caramel and honey.
An airy, straightforward and fine champagne to be enjoyed with grilled shrimp, orange-flavored semi-cooked langoustines or oven-roasted chaource.
The balthazar of Mosaïque Brut from JACQUART is aimed to the greatest occasions, as it allows to serve approximatively 100 flutes. It's an impressive bottle, sold in its shipping wooden case.
