Regarding the Champagne Montaudon Classe M
Montaudon created Cuvée Classe M from the best selection of Pinots Noirs (50%) and Chardonnays (50%). This cuvée is clearly the flaghship of the House.
This exceptional champagne is mature, and its structure is impressive. It harmoniously plays between subtle and powerful aromas.
The nose is complex with aromas of apricot jam and fig. The palate is honeyed, vinous and offers a feeling of fullness. You will be amazed by its long-lasting aspect.
It is especially recommended with scallops, deglazed with champagne (you add a little bit of champagne to scallop’s sauce while cooking). In addition, homemade mash potato to soften the palate. It will be perfect as well with salmon.
