Champagne Grande Rose from the House Montaubon is the perfect compromise between power and delicacy. This elegant and very feminine rosé is presented in a crystal clear bottle.
It's made from 35% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Noir vinified in red wine, 20% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay.
This rosé was elaborated as a tribute to the talented artists who handcrafted the admirable stained glass of the cathedral of Reims, the Grande Rose.
This champagne is elaborated from grapes picked up from the same lots as well as the same areas, so as to keep on having this specific Champagne rosé style.
The nose is delicate and reveals notes of liquorice and toasted notes. The palate is crunchy and offers us flavors of red berries and spices.
This great Rosé is delicious during the aperitif as well as with desserts such as a strawberry tart or a fresh fruit salad.
