The Celebris 2008 Extra-Brut Champagne from Maison GOSSET is only the 8th edition created in the last 34 years and is produced in only 15 000 bottles.
This rare Extra-Brut champagne (4.8gr/l) has been made without malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve all its fruity aromas and to ensure a perfect conservation.
This fine-bubbled champagne reveals a floral and fruity nose with hints of jasmine, mimosa and pear, while the palate is marked by pastry-like aromas with a long and saline finish.
The purity of this wine makes it a subtle companion today for which patience will reveal all its complexity and greed.
Perfect as an aperitif, but also during a meal, this prestigious vintage will magnify poultry, sweetbreads or simply cheese.
This great wine is offered in a gift box.

Champagne Gosset
Created in 1584, the Gosset House is the oldest Champagne house. In 2013, the house received the "Living Heritage Company" label. The House of Gosset has created a charter of Excellence Gosset, a real guarantee for lovers of great champagnes.
This House offers champagnes from Grands Crus and 1er Crus, champagnes aged for at least 4 years to offer a quality champagne, both powerful and vinous.
There is no malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the natural aromas of the wines. Another particularity of the House is that it offers its champagnes in superb antique bottles, replicas of those used in the 18th century.
