For more than four centuries, Maison Gosset continues to produce champagne and to perpetuate the know-how of family craftsmanship. Cuvée Extra-Brut Excellence from Maison Gosset fully embodies this tradition.
A careful selection of 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier sourced from the terroirs of Aÿ, Chigny-les-Roses, Courmas and Cumières confer to the cuvée a true gastronomic spirit. The two Pinots give it a beautiful vinosity and power, while the Chardonnay gives a fresher final which balances the whole tasting.
Pure and fresh on the nose, it unveils yellow stone fruits aromas, such as apricot and peach, with a touch of almonds. The palate is powerful and gourmand, and develops orange blossom and lime aromas. Lightness, freshness and elegance characterize this extremely well structured champagne.
A wonderful champagne which is perfect for the aperitif, with raw ham slices, shrimps or poultry.

Champagne Gosset
Created in 1584, the Gosset House is the oldest Champagne house. In 2013, the house received the "Living Heritage Company" label. The House of Gosset has created a charter of Excellence Gosset, a real guarantee for lovers of great champagnes.
This House offers champagnes from Grands Crus and 1er Crus, champagnes aged for at least 4 years to offer a quality champagne, both powerful and vinous.
There is no malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the natural aromas of the wines. Another particularity of the House is that it offers its champagnes in superb antique bottles, replicas of those used in the 18th century.
