Here is one of the rare Rosé Champagnes made according to the ancestral method of "saignée" obtained by short maceration of the grapes, before pressing on traditional Champagne press. The Rosé de saignée from Fleury is the great specialty of the House, a 100% Pinots Noirs with an extra-brut dosage. Only 18,000 bottles are produced for a very seductive, fresh, delicate, marvelous natural wine...

Red fruit, redcurrant, strawberry and raspberry aromas are deliciously released. In mouth, it reveals a very present greedy side.

This rosé de saignée with a delightful vinosity is a great wine to be served with poultry or game, but also with a tasty chocolate pie and a French toast with pink cookies from Reims.

Certified DEMETER and Organic Agriculture, this Rosé de Saignée combines finesse and elegance, for our greatest pleasure!
