The Brut Grand Cru champagne from EGLY-OURIET is one of the best non-vintage champagnes.
Partly vinified in barrels (20%), it's made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and is lightly dosed in sugar.
This champagne has benefited a long stay in the cellar during 54 months ! It has got an impressive density and length !
EGLY-OURIET is one of the few champagne house that indicates on the bottle the date of disgorgement. This great champagne is vinous, intense, simply remarkable.

The EGLY-OURIET Champagne House, located in Ambonnay on 12 hectares, is a family house running for four generations. Small by its production (about 100 000 bottles per year), and big by the exceptional quality of its champagnes.
All the champagnes of this house spend at least 3 years in the cellar before being sold, thus increasing their complexity and ensuring a better potential of ageing.
