The Champagne Coeur des Bar Blanc de Blancs from Maison DEVAUX is a 100% Chardonnay, mostly from the Côte des Blancs and from a sustainable viticulture, with 45% of reserve wines.
After a minimum of 3 years of ageing, the nose opens with citrus fruits, followed by ripe fruits such as white peach and dried fruits, which express the full maturity of this champagne. In the mouth, the attack is lively and fleshy. This champagne is reminiscent of grapefruit flesh, both juicy and crisp. The finish, of a remarkable freshness, is accompanied by a touch of exoticism.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne will happily accompany red mullet, oysters au gratin or shellfish.
