Regarding the Champagne Devaux Cuvée D Jéroboam
The "D" collection is a tribute to the DEVAUX house, as well as an affirmation of its difference in the world of Champagne. It is made from 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay grapes from selected parcels vinified separately.
Aged for at least five years in the cellar, this champagne proves to be a great cuvée, carefully balanced by a palette of reserve wines from the best years aged in foudres.
With a pretty honey color, it offers a nose with tasty notes of white flowers, yellow fruits and vanilla, it gives off a mouth of beautiful floral notes, fresh and round with nuances of tangerine, orange peel and brioche of a tasty complexity.
The perfection of champagne at its highest level in a unique bottle, with a diaphanous elegance...
A lot of freshness for this Cuvée D, unctuous, fine, tasty, ideal for a tête-à-tête with shellfish and seafood or a chocolate dessert and accompanied, as suggested by the House Devaux, "Concertos for piano by Maurice Ravel or Les Préludes de Debussy."
It's sold here in Jeroboam, in its shipping wooden box.
