Regarding the Champagne Devaux Ultra D
The Ultra D of the house DEVAUX is a superb champagne very weakly dosed. It is made from a rigorous selection of 55% Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar and 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, Montgueux and the Côte des Bar, blended and made mainly from the heart of the cuvée. This champagne is of incomparable quality.
After five years of ageing in the cellar, aromas of lemons and yellow fruits are revealed on the nose, then it evolves and becomes more complex towards notes of fresh spices, and pastries. Juicy and supple on the palate, for a champagne of character with notes of toast, roasted coffee, and a touch of crunchy red berries. A beautiful length.
The Ultra D, a winey champagne, of a great purity, perfect on a gastronomic table with a background of classical music" La Mer de Claude Debussy", starting with the aperitif.

Champagne Devaux
Founded in 1846 and located in the Côte des Bars, the Maison Devaux now belongs to the Champagne DEVAUX Wine Group. This house is renowned for its know-how and for the rigor of its work for a sustainable viticulture.
It offers a selection of classic champagnes such as Blanc de Noirs, Brut Vintage, Brut, Extra Brut and Rosé but also Cuvées resulting from plot selections: the Cuvées D which are the quintessence of the House.
Recently, the range has been completed by some rare bottles born from the collaboration of the House of Devaux and Michel Chapoutier: the sublime Cuvée Sténopé.
