Regarding the Champagne Devaux Grande Réserve Brut
The Cuvée Grande Réserve Brut from Maison DEVAUX is a superb champagne with aromas of ripe fruit, white peach and mirabelle plum.
After a minimum of three years of aging in the cellar, finesse and power are expressed in this champagne.
A dominant of Pinot Noir brings power and length in mouth. The Chardonnay lightens the champagne and gives vivacity and finesse. The nose reminds us of floral and almond aromas, associated with fruity notes such as peach and apricot. In mouth, a lot of delicacy and complexity.
Energetic, long in the mouth, intense, noble, the Grande Réserve Brut champagne of the house DEVAUX is a little pleasure to marry with shellfish or mushrooms. A very nice wine for aperitif too.

Champagne Devaux
Founded in 1846 and located in the Côte des Bars, the Maison Devaux now belongs to the Champagne DEVAUX Wine Group. This house is renowned for its know-how and for the rigor of its work for a sustainable viticulture.
It offers a selection of classic champagnes such as Blanc de Noirs, Brut Vintage, Brut, Extra Brut and Rosé but also Cuvées resulting from plot selections: the Cuvées D which are the quintessence of the House.
