Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2014 from Maison Delamotte is exclusively sourced from Grands Crus chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs, in this 2014 harvest. A harvest with Chardonnays with great acidity and optimal maturity !
After 6 year of aging, the nose is straight, pure and deep. On the palate, this blanc de blancs is fresh and mineral, with a frank attack. And the roundness of the fruit explodes in a long finish. It is concentrated, rich and airy.
This gastronomic champagne is to be served chilled, around 8°c. It will pair divinely gougères, sea urchins or even a parmigiano Reggiano.

Founded in Reims in 1760 by François Delamotte, this House is a real reference thanks to the constant quality of its champagnes, but also to its respect for the terroir from Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize, and Cramant: the famous Côte des Blancs.
