Regarding the Champagne De Saint Gall Le Minéral
Champagne « Le Minéral » from Maison De Saint-Gall is exclusively elaborated from Chardonnay Grand Cru and mainly sourced from the village of Cramant for 52% of the blend. It is classified among the Grand Cru terroirs from the Côte des Blancs.
This cuvée is part of the range created around an experience of terroirs which is constituted by the quadrilogy « Influences ». It is characterized by a low dosage in order to preserve the vine’s personality and to delight those who look for the terroir’s authenticity.
This cuvée unveils a beautiful pale yellow color, with some silver reflections. On the nose, it develops a wonderdul fineness and lightly toasted notes. On the palate, it offers a pure and saline feel with very mineral notes, together with gourmet pastry and brioche and fruit notes : fresh apple, peach and quince.
« Le Minéral » from Maison De Saint-Gall is perfect for the aperitif, or enjoyed with oysters or a grilled lobster. You can even drink it with crepe topped-up with sugar.

Champagne De Saint Gall

Their trump card: an exceptional terroir in villages whose names are music to the ears of connoisseurs.
