Regarding the Champagne Chassenay d'Arce Blanc de Blancs 2014
Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2014 from Maison Chassenay d'Arce is a cuvée of finesse and lightness, with the tonic energy provided by the Arce Valley terroir. This 100% Chardonnay champagne from the 2014 harvest, of which 6.4% of the wine is vinified in wood, is at once refined, of great purity and with remarkable minerality.
After 8 years' ageing on lees, we discover a champagne with fine bubbles and a nose that is elegant, fresh and gourmet. It reveals notes of yellow and white fruit and honey. The palate is fleshy, generous, fresh and long-lasting.
This is a very pretty 2014 vintage marked by the balance between freshness and acidity, with fine ageing potential.
This Blanc de Blancs 2014 champagne will accompany you as an aperitif or during a meal with lamb.
It already expresses its full personality, but will continue to improve for many years to come...
