The Champagne Sélection Brut from Maison CHASSENAY D'ARCE, expression of the terroirs of the Côte des Bar, is made from 89% Pinot Noir, 8% Chardonnay and 3% Meunier, of which 36% are reserve wines.
After 4 years of aging on lees, we discover a champagne with a generous effervescence. The nose is fine and complex, with notes of white and yellow fruits, almond paste and spices. The mouth is superb, very well balanced between power and fruitiness.
A very good introduction to discover the House of CHASSENAY D'ARCE. This frank and spontaneous wine will be perfect as an aperitif.

Champagne Chassenay d'Arce
The Maison Chassenay d'Arce was created in 1956 in Ville-sur-Arce. Today, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, there are 130 families and 3 generations of winegrowers who work in the same spirit of cooperation, solidarity and transmission of knowledge.
The House is committed to a CSR approach and is the first Champagne House to be awarded the Vignerons Engagés label. The vineyard, whose cultivation is reasoned, extends over 315 hectares. The spirit of the House is a family spirit, a spirit of the land and the requirement shared by its winegrowers to produce high quality champagnes, reflecting the specific terroir of the Côte des Bar, with a dominant grape variety: pinot noir.
