CHARLES HEIDSIECK Brut 2012 : unctuous, gourmet, powerful: a great vintage! 2012 offers us powerful and robust pinots (60% of the composition) and Chardonnays chiselled and a great freshness (40%).
This champagne from Premiers and Grands Crus reveals very fine bubbles. The nose is complex with notes of hazelnut and candied citrus. The palate is tense and offers us then a more generous and fuller texture. It has a nice length in the mouth and a beautiful aromatic richness. We will find in the end, caramel mixed with citrus.
After more than ten years of aging, we discover an outstanding and rare champagne with a great aging potential.
