Cuvée Brut 2009 from Maison Charles Collin is elaborated from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay for a perfectly balanced cuvée.
This champagne is the perfect combination of a beautiful harvest, an outstanding terroir and a beautiful vintage.
To the eye, this cuvée is shiny and gourmand. The power of Pinot Noir dominates on the nose. It unveils aromas of cherry plum, cherry and candied apricot which perfectly marry to the sweet floral notes of Chardonnay. The palate is complex and powerful, and recalls the maturity of the fruit.
The wine opens up in the glass and fully express itself… This cuvée is ideal for the aperitif as well as during the meal, in accompaniment of foie gras or with game.
Following 8 to 10 years of aging, this champagne is beautifully elegant and powerful !

The Maison Charles Collin has been established on the Côte des Bars since 1952, and brings together more than 140 winegrowers. The vineyard covers nearly 330 hectares, 92% of which are Pinot Noirs and 8% Chardonnay.
