The 2009 vintage of Maison JACQUES SELOSSE is a 1er Cru Extra-Brut champagne from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It is a vintage of great strength with a very stimulating sensation of astringent dryness.
This vintage bears the imprint of the new generation of JACQUES SELOSSE champagne. Guillaume wished for the new vintages, go draw in all the field the mood of the year, respecting the living in order to express the mineral.
It is an extremely rare wine: only 4000 bottles were produced.
Already salivating, the 2009 vintage of Maison JACQUES SELOSSE can be kept for several years.

CHAMPAGNE SELOSSE Jacques Selosse founded his champagne house in 1949 in Avize. His son Anselm, took over in 1974 and work his land and champagnes in the most natural way, in respect of the nature and the vineyard both. Jacques Selosse produces 57,000 bottles of champagne every year. Thus, this champagne is more than rare and highly desirable among the connoisseurs. These wines with a very strong personality have been acclaimed by critics. Given the huge success and the limited quantities available of these champagnes, they are hard to find and the champagne house strictly controls its implementation on the market.
