Cuvée « Sous le Mont » from Maison JACQUES SELOSSE is an Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru champagne sourced from a Pinot Noir vineyard, and located in the village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
This 100% Pinot Noir champagne is matured in wood cask, thus confering a great aromatic complexity.
This cuvée is extremely rare and takes part of the « Lieux-Dits » collection from the House, where every cuvée expresses the terroir more than a particularly year.
This vinous champagne characterized by a low dosage reveals an extraordinary delicacy…
A marvelous champagne particularly recommended from the apéritif to the meal, with an oyster platter or river fish in sauce.
A rare happiness ...

CHAMPAGNE SELOSSE Jacques Selosse founded his champagne house in 1949 in Avize. His son Anselm, took over in 1974 and work his land and champagnes in the most natural way, in respect of the nature and the vineyard both. Jacques Selosse produces 57,000 bottles of champagne every year. Thus, this champagne is more than rare and highly desirable among the connoisseurs. These wines with a very strong personality have been acclaimed by critics. Given the huge success and the limited quantities available of these champagnes, they are hard to find and the champagne house strictly controls its implementation on the market.
