Ce champagne pourra accompagner tout votre repas de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. Une couleur avec des reflets dorés. Un nez toasté. Une bouche toute en rondeur avec des notes boisées et briochées. Des bulles d'une finesse incroyable. Quand vous buvez ce champagne, servez le dans des verres à vins afin qu'il puisse s'exprimer à sa juste valeur tel un grand chardonnay de Bourgogne. Une fois ouverte, laissez la bouteille posée sur la table et laissez le champagne évoluer tout au long du repas. Les armes vont progressivement évoluer dans votre verre et au palais afin de révéler toute la palette possible dans la champagne. Le must du grand champagne pour moi.

Anselme and his son Guillaume, produce only 50,000 bottles per year, so these are rare pearls that we offer you here. Wines with a singular, almost artistic interpretation that come from the Chardonnays of the Côte des Blancs, and some delicious Pinot Noirs from Aÿ, Ambonnay and Mareuil. They are unfortunately very limited because the demand is very high.
