The champagne is sourced from 40% chardonnay, 40% to 45% of Pinot Noir and 10% to 15% Pinot Meunier, and still includes 25% to 30% of reserve wine from the 2 previous years in order to offer a greater complexity.

This cuvée is characterized by its golden color and great effervescence. The nose is fresh, fruity and first unveils pear, apple and apricot notes, followed by more floral hints. The palate is round, fleshy, and offers an energetic starts, with ripe fruits aromas. The finish is long, giving way to the freshness of Chardonnay, which is the spirit of Maison Ruinart…
