Regarding the Champagne Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs 2013
Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2013 from Maison ROEDERER is exclusively elaborated with Chardonnay, and mainly with Grands Crus, 33% of which being vinified in wood barrels. Following 5 years of aging, without malolactic fermentation, this cuvée is pure, tense, fine and shiny.
It rapidly became the favorite wine of the ROEDERER family for the great family events. This stradivarius of champagne is a reference of discreet elegance, texture and freshness, harmoniously combined.
The palate develops spring flowers and citrus aromas, together with sugared almonds and cereals. At first, this cuvée unveils a round and fruity character, leading to a mineral and chalky final.
2013 offers a length and concentration typical of the greatest champagnes.
Perfect for the aperitif, it is also delicious during the meal, in accompaniment of fish, shellfish or a goat cheese.
