Champagne Cristal Rosé 2012 from Roederer is finally available ! Following 8 years of cellar aging Cristal Rosé 2012 is powerful, intense, rich and fresh.

Cristal Rosé is elaborated from a selection of old Pinot Noir vines (56%), located on the very best terroirs of Grand Cru Aÿ, which are today grown using biodynamics methods. The rest of the blend is composed of Chardonnay (44%), of which 15% comes from wines vinified in oak casks.

The Subtle and delicate nose offers a complete and complex range of flavors. This « Rosé de Saignée » reveals a beautiful aromatic intensity with sweet flavors of red fruits, white flowers and caramel. The typical Roederer texture is refined, and the structure is vinous. A great freshness signs this 2012 vintage.
