In the endless pursuit of perfection and sustainable methods, Maison ROEDERER created the cuvée Collection 241. 241 stands for the 241st blend of the Maison.
It is elaborated from the 2016 harvest, and completed with 17% of reserve wines raised in wood casks and sourced from plot’s selections (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015), and 34% of Maison ROEDERER’s perpetual reserve (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015). This multi-vintage champagne is created every year, it remains unique and is always faithful to the style of Roederer !
This cuvée is composed of 40% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot Noir and 18% Meunier. The blend of Collection 241 highlights the Pinot Noirs' intensity from the Montagne de Reims, which is beautiful in this 2016 harvest. It’s just the perfect champagne to discover this great Maison de Champagne.
The nose unveils yellow fruits tangy notes, toasted, saline and iodine notes too. The palate is round, juicy, mineral and extremely fresh. A fine and fresh champagne, juste perfect for the aperitif. It is also delicious with fishes and seashells.
This Mathuselah from ROEDERER is sold in its wooden box. It allows to serve approximatively 50 flutes, therefore, it is the ideal partner for a majestuous party!
