Produced only in limited quantities, the Brut Rosé Vintage 2008 from Maison Pol Roger is a concentrate of sensuality and delicacy in an extraordinary vintage.
The initial nose offers fine aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and almonds. On the palate the harmonious beld of red fruit notes carries through, offering an outstanding balance of freshness supported by some hints of citrus fruit, as well as a rich structure.
This cuvée is aged for 7 years in the cellars before being released onto the market.
Brut Rosé Vintage 2008 is the ideal choice to accompany fish such as grilled salmon. It also marries perfectly with fruit tarts and other fruit desserts.

Pol Roger is the champagne of "gentlemen" as Jean-Paul Kauffman wrote in his book "Voyage en Champagne". For sure, it is the official champagne of the royal court of England. It was also the champagne of Sir Winston Churchill, a cuvée is dedicated to him!
For 5 generations, the descendants of Mr. Pol Roger have made it a point of honor to remain faithful to the line initiated by the founder of the House in 1849.
It is one of the last great Champagne Houses that is both family-owned and independent. The champagnes of the House are defined by their roundness as well as their purity, regularity and intensity of their aromas.
