The Champagne Cuis 1er Cru Brut from PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS is a 100% Chardonnay champagne (like all the champagnes from this fabulous house) with a very assertive aperitif character.
This fruity champagne, very fresh, and low dosed, is technically perfect... One appreciates the finesse and purity of the Grands Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs and the consistent taste, with a blending method that is very rare in Champagne since this house keeps all their reserve wines in bottles and not in vats.
Lively, airy, salivating, this cuvée awakens the taste buds with its fruity and very fresh side. The finish is very pure.
This champagne is ready to be drunk but it will age well. It is the archetype of the Pierre Gimonnet et Fils style!
