Champagne Blason Rosé from Maison Perrier-Jouët is a gourmet champagne, full of generosity and spontaneity.
It is elaborated from 25% Chardonnay for the elegance and fineness, 50% Pinot Noir (some of which is vinified in red wine) for the structure, and 25% Meunier for the fruity. An addition of 20% of reserve wine brings a great balance with the year’s harvest in order to perpetuate and recognize the style of Perrier-Jouët.

This Rosé cuvée has been raised in cellar for twice the length as the Appellation’s requirements, offering thus a structured and extremely fine champagne.
The bottle shows a salmon pink hue, while the nose unveils intense fruit aromas followed by floral notes. On the palate, the attack is lively and intense. The wine is rich, and it shows a great length with a lot of character. The final is complex and persistent.
Champagne Blason Rosé from Maison Perrier-Jouët harmoniously matches dishes such as salmon, a duck filet or even a dessert based on red fruits.
It is presented in an all-new and very elegant bottle.
