Discover Maison PANNIER’s Cuvée de Prestige : Egérie Rosé de Saignée. This cuvée was created from a blend composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, and it has been aged at least 6 years in cellar.
This rosé champagne is elaborated with the rare and aged-old method of the « saignée ». It unveils a delicate harmony of candied strawberries and raspberries combined with the Chardonnay’s floral freshness. On the palate, freshness and elegance perfectly marries to the fleshy and fruity.
Champagne Rosé de Saignée is generous and well-bred. It perfectly matches with the most finest dishes, white meats and red fruit-based desserts.

Established since 1899, in Dizy by Louis-Eugène Pannier and then in Château-Thierry, at the western end of the Marne Valley appellation and vineyards, Maison Pannier benefits from the incomparable quality of the grapes that come directly from the best terroirs of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
