This is the Cuvée de Prestige from House PANNIER. This outstanding 2008 vintage offers a perfect balance between freshness and power.
Presented in an amazing bottle, this extra-brut champagne is aimed to connoisseurs. It is elaborated from 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier.
Following 8 years of aging in cellars, this champagne develops a beautiful aromatic complexity. Ample and generous, it fulfils its promises and combines yellow and white fruit aromas, citrus and acacia flowers with a great delicacy.
L’Egérie 2008 from House PANNIER offers emotion and balance for the greatest celebrations. During the meal, it brilliantly pairs with delicate dishes such as Parma ham, sweetbread with morels or roast turbot.

Established since 1899, in Dizy by Louis-Eugène Pannier and then in Château-Thierry, at the western end of the Marne Valley appellation and vineyards, Maison Pannier benefits from the incomparable quality of the grapes that come directly from the best terroirs of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
