Cuvée 225 from NICOLAS FEUILLATTE 2008 is a great gastronomic champagne. It's a fantastic vintage ! It is aged for at least 4 years in the cellars. Cuvée 225 derives its name from the litre capacity of the oak barrel in which it has been fermented.
The oak supports the evolution of the different wines and plays an important role in developing their tasting profile. On the palate, it develops itself around a balance of freshness and depth, even unctuosity. The clean, structured and vinous finish indicates appealing ageing potential.
Aged in oak, this subtly oaked cuvée stands apart for its complexity.
