The ultimate aperitif wine! This full bodied champagne is the perfect companion for oysters, sevruga caviar and seafood platters.
Mailly Grand Cru Extra Brut is one of the pinacles of the range. It is a very rare wine as very few champagne houses are prepared to attempt this exercise of balance. It requires an ageing of more than 5 years to give it the smoothness that is the eloquent expression of patience to duty well done.
It is an uncomplicated wine with great nobility.

CHAMPAGNE MAILLY GRAND CRU In 1929, in Mailly Champagne, some winegrowers joined forces to create the Société de Producteurs de Mailly Champagne. This is quite unique to be underlined: all the Mailly range can claim its Grand Cru origins. The domain is composed 70 hectare of vineyard, and 80 vine growers bring the greatest care to the plots in using sustainable growing methods, respecting the soil and its environment. The range distinguish itself with a rare balance, a vinous style, well-bred and elegance. The policy of the House can be compared with the pursuit of perfection: rigorous quantity policy, seeking for aestheticism and elegance. The annual production is limited to 500 000 bottles, allowing a greater production follow-up.
