L’Intemporelle GRAND CRU 2010 from Maison MAILLY is a magical blend of fruit from carefully selected parcels, made in a seductive, well balanced style. A blend of the vintage’s most refined Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir (40%), especially Chardonnay grapes from the best plots and more elegant Pinot Noir grapes.
This cuvée is utterly seductive, and has a brilliant golden colour, with fine and regular bubbles. The nose is an elegant combination of fruity, floral and mineral notes. The palate shows a freshness tempered by just sufficient vinosity for a creamy, supple attack, giving way to delicate flavours of lusciously ripe fruit aromas of Mirabelle plums and citrus, perfectly blended in a tasty, persistent mouth-feel.
Available on the most reknowed restaurants, this champagne is ideal for the aperitif in adding a touch of class to those taste-tempting canapés. Equally at ease with a sit-down meal and particularly recommended with roasted scallops, line-fished sea-bass in a salt or clay crust, or a turbot cooked any way you like.
This rare cuvée, whose every bottle is numbered, lays in a luxury presentation box.

CHAMPAGNE MAILLY GRAND CRU In 1929, in Mailly Champagne, some winegrowers joined forces to create the Société de Producteurs de Mailly Champagne. This is quite unique to be underlined: all the Mailly range can claim its Grand Cru origins. The domain is composed 70 hectare of vineyard, and 80 vine growers bring the greatest care to the plots in using sustainable growing methods, respecting the soil and its environment. The range distinguish itself with a rare balance, a vinous style, well-bred and elegance. The policy of the House can be compared with the pursuit of perfection: rigorous quantity policy, seeking for aestheticism and elegance. The annual production is limited to 500 000 bottles, allowing a greater production follow-up.
