The Zéro Dosage Grand Cru from LALLIER is the result of an exclusive combinasion of Grands Crus wines from the Champagne region (80% pinot noir, 20% chardonnay). The bottle's cork is stapled before a 4 years maturation length in the cellar. As there's no added sugar, this cuvée is named "Zéro Dosage". This characteristic gives purity, fineness and balance. This champagne is excellent as an aperitif, but it will also be very pleasant with meat dishes.
The Zéro Dosage Grand Cru champagne from LALLIER: A rare and exceptional cuvée, only produced in limited quantity for the true connoisseurs.
