Creating a parcel cuvée ensures the unique expression of a plot. This cuvée comes from a plot of 1,85 hectars of Pinot Noir which is called Les Sous.
Following 3 years of aging in cellars, one’s discover a champagne whose nose recalls a buttered brioche and apricot. On the palate, it is characterized by a great balance between vinosity and freshness. This champagne is rich and structured.
Cuvée les Sous from Maison Lallier is ideal when served with salted meals such as a rabbit terrine with dry plum or fried mushrooms.
